Reiki Healing Sessions
Through dynamic, yet gentle yoga postures and conscious breathing you will touch
the peace and tranquility that lies within. The essence of Kripalu Yoga
is experienced through a meditative, continuous flow of postures combined with breathing techniques designed
to guide the student to a deeper awareness of the body, mind, and spirit. |
| Each class consists of an hour of guided yoga postures and a 20 minute guided relaxation. You will feel an increased vitality and energy
level, an inner calmness, and a toning and strengthening of the muscles even after just one class.
If you want to deepen your spiritual consciousness, learn to relax more fully, and cleanse and heal your body, these classes are for you! |

Tai Chi
It
has been called “meditation to movement” because of its soft, balanced
movements. In this class you learn ways to maximize your energy, balance,
and stability.
You
will also practice techniques for reducing stress and stimulating the healing
of your body’s internal organs, and challenge your brain to build new sensory
patterns that promote mental and physical health.

Reiki Healing
A light, hands-on process
where the practitioner transfers universal life force to the client.
It is a safe, nonintrusive,
nonmanipulative treatment that accelerates the body's natural ability to
heal physical, mental and emotional disharmony.

Yoga Class Guidelines
-
If you are new to yoga it is best you take one of the Beginner’s Yoga classes. Please do not attend
the Wednesday night Intermediate Yoga class.
-
Arrive about 10 minutes before class to register, set up your yoga mat, relax, take care of personal needs,
and be mentally prepared for class.
-
Please be mindful of your voice
and your conversations once you enter into the Yoga Center. Honor the sacred
space and others who may be meditating by speaking quietly, and keep social chatter or “shop talk” to a minimum.
-
Turn off all cell phones and pagers as you are taking off your shoes at the entrance.
-
Since shoes are removed upon entering the Yoga Center, clean bare feet are greatly appreciated.
-
Best practices include not eating at least 2 hours before a class.
-
Bring your own yoga mat and towel if possible.
-
Inform the teacher of any health concerns or physical limitations you may be experiencing before class.
-
Do not wear any strong perfumes, colognes, lotions, or oils.
